Whitehill has an awesome youth program for anyone in years 7-12.

Friday Youth

Join us for Friday Youth! We get together on Fridays during the school term to hang out, have fun and build relationships with each other and Jesus. Each Friday a leader will share a gospel-centred message, you’ll be able to connect with a group of teens your age to ask questions about life and faith, and have fun with some epic games.

We meet in the hall at Whitehill Church of Christ from 7.00pm-9.00pm. Each term costs $20 which helps us to run the youth ministry programs effectively and covers the cost for the equipment and resources used.

Whitehill Youth exists to bring glory to God by developing leaders who know God and intentionally make His name known among the young people of Whitehill Youth.

Whitehill Youth - Basecamp

Just as climbers stop at a basecamp to prepare for the journey ahead, Basecamp is a place where young people can build strong foundations for a lifetime of following Jesus.

Designed for students in Years 7–9, Basecamp is a space to ask honest questions, discover what it means to make faith their own, and be equipped to live as disciples of Jesus every day. Together we’ll explore God’s Word, build authentic friendships, pray together, and learn how to follow Jesus with confidence in every area of life.

Our hope is that Basecamp becomes more than just another Sunday program. We want it to be a launching point – a place where students are grounded in the gospel, rooted in the life of the church, and equipped to grow into mature followers of Jesus who love God, serve others, and confidently live out their faith.

As students journey through Basecamp, they’ll also spend alternate Sundays in the main service, learning to engage in gathered worship, sit under biblical teaching, and become active members of the whole church family. We believe this rhythm will help them develop deep roots that will sustain them for years to come.

Whitehill Youth Formal

If you are in Years 7-12, we would love for you to join us at the Whitehill Youth Formal on Friday 11th September.

Come along with your friends for a formal dinner and dessert, followed by some time to chill with friends, play some party games and dance the night away!

Date: Friday 11th September
Time: 7-9PM
Cost: $10 per person (for catering)
Location: Whitehill CofC
Dress Code: Op-Shop Formal – (Formal attire from your wardrobe or the op-shop that you feel comfortable and confident in!)

Our Year 12’s are graduating and we will be celebrating them on the night before they head into their exams and the end of their schooling. We’d encourage you to come along and support our Year 12’s as we celebrate and graduate them!

The FUSE App & Hear Me Out Podcast

The FUSE App is a free discipleship tool created for young people across Churches of Christ in Queensland. It provides engaging videos, devotionals, and faith-building content that helps teenagers explore big questions, discover more about Jesus, and develop practical habits that strengthen their relationship with God.

Whether it’s spending time in God’s Word, learning how to pray, or thinking through what it means to follow Jesus every day, the FUSE App gives young people resources they can access anytime, anywhere. It’s designed to complement what happens at youth group by helping students take ownership of their faith and continue growing as disciples of Jesus throughout the week.

FUSE Discipleship Program

The Discipleship Program is a 2-year discipleship pathway for Year 11 & 12 students in Churches of Christ Queensland.

The program exists to equip, train and disciple the next generation of the Church for the work of ministry, so that they too may become more formed disciples of Jesus who disciple others.
